Welcome to PowerForge Athletics (“PowerForge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, registering for services, or participating in any PowerForge program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
01. Eligibility
All registrations, purchases, and agreements must be completed by a parent or legal guardian age 18 or older. Minors may only participate under the explicit supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
02. Program Participation & Code of Conduct
PowerForge is a structured athlete development program. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Maintain respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and athletes.
- Follow all safety instructions and gym rules.
- Arrive on time and prepared for training.
- Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.
PowerForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund for violations of conduct or safety policies.
03. Assumption of Risk
Participation in cheerleading, tumbling, and athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Falls, collisions, or physical injury.
- Equipment-related incidents.
- Strain, sprain, or other physical harm.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.
04. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under FTC Act Section 5, PowerForge shall not be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation in ordinary training activities, except where prohibited by law.
Note: These Terms of Service do not replace the required signed liability waiver.
05. Membership & Termination
PowerForge reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion or remove participants for safety, behavioral, or non-compliance reasons.
06. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, training materials, and media are the property of PowerForge Athletics and may not be reproduced without permission.
07. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
