Sales & Refund Policy

01. Payment Terms
All financial transactions must be authorized and completed by a parent or legal guardian age 18 or older. By completing a purchase for any PowerForge service, you are entering into a binding agreement with these terms.
02. All Sales Final Policy
All program fees, registrations, clinics, and memberships are non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in Section 03.
This strict policy is disclosed in accordance with the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule to ensure total transparency before checkout.
03. Limited Exceptions
Refunds or account credits are not guaranteed and may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
- Direct program cancellation initiated by PowerForge Athletics.
- Verified medical circumstances preventing participation (Official medical documentation required).
All refund or credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of PowerForge Management.
04. No-Show & Cancellation Policy
To maintain our elite athlete-to-coach ratios, we enforce a strict attendance policy:
- No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for clinics or private lessons.
- Late Cancellation: Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in forfeited payment.
05. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact PowerForge Athletics directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a bank chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as a breach of contract and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of the athlete's account.
- Denial of participation in all future PowerForge programs.
06. Pricing Adjustments
PowerForge Athletics reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time for future services, programs, or seasonal memberships.
